Fred Tinsley

Fred Tinsley is a senior Partner at Minter Ellison Lawyers and National Head of the firm's Finance Division. He is an expert in the funding and delivery of privately-financed public infrastructure and services.
Fred works with public and private sector clients involved in private development, management or operation of new and refurbished infrastructure and was primary legal adviser to the Victorian Government in the development of the Partnerships Victoria policy. He has represented all tiers of government as well as private sector financiers and developers in some of Australia's major and most notable projects including, in Victoria, the Victorian County Court, Casey Community Hospital, the Royal Womens Hospital, Austin Repatriation Hospital Medical Centre, Metropolitan Mobile Radio, Melbourne Convention Centre, Barwon Water Biosolids Management Project and, currently, the relocation and redevelopment of the Melbourne Wholesale Fruit and Vegetable Markets.
