Allen Gale

Prior to being appointed General Manager Technical Services at Goulburn Valley Water in 1999, Allen worked in the consulting engineering field for more than thirty years, holding leadership positions with large national and multi-national consultants, specialising in water and environmental engineering.
Allen Gale has worked throughout Asia, the Pacific and the USA and has advised on supply, institutional, social and environmental issues relating to irrigation systems. He was an adviser to the Western Australian Minister for the Environment on restructuring of the water industry in Western Australia.
Allen Gale has had a lifetime involvement with the Australian Water Association and was Federal President from 1999 to 2001. He was awarded life membership in 2005.
